Pure Cycle’s Denver-based water assets are located in the fast growing southeast metropolitan area in Arapahoe County. The water rights originate from the State Land Board’s Lowry Range Property which consists of about 38 square miles located three miles east of the E-470 beltway, twelve miles south of the Denver International Airport, and fifteen miles southeast of downtown Denver.
The Lowry Range Property is the largest contiguous developable property under single ownership situated near a major metropolitan area in the country. Within easy commuting distance to the major employment centers of Downtown Denver and the Denver Tech Center, the Lowry Range Property is an ideal property for urban development. The Colorado State Board of Land Commissioners is currently evaluating development options for the Lowry Range Property. Pure Cycle is also pursuing additional opportunities to provide water and wastewater service to other properties in the vicinity of the Lowry Range Property.
