Mark W. Harding
President, CEO, and Director (Principal Executive Officer)
Mark W. Harding joined Pure Cycle in 1990. During his tenure, Mr. Harding has been responsible for the acquisition of over $100 million of water and land interests. He serves as a director on several advisory boards relating to water and wastewater issues in the Denver region and is charged with identifying ways in which Colorado can address the water shortages facing Front Range cities. Mr. Harding holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and a Master’s in Business Administration, each obtained from the University of Denver.
Kevin B. McNeill
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (Principal Financial and Accounting Officer)
Kevin B. McNeill was Pure Cycle’s Controller from 2004 to 2012. New endeavors took Mr. McNeill to a local private bank and wealth advisor, then to Austin, Texas where he worked as CFO for a wealth advisor. He rejoined Pure Cycle in April 2020 as VP/CFO and is responsible for the overall financial and accounting operations, treasury management, information technology, and human resources of the Company. Mr. McNeill holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Accounting, both obtained from the University of Denver, is an active CPA and is a member of the AICPA and COCPA.
Scott Lehman
Vice President, Engineering
Scott Lehman joined Pure Cycle in 2003 as an in-house engineer and water/wastewater systems operator. Now, Mr. Lehman serves as Pure Cycle’s Vice President of Engineering. He is a Professional Engineer (PE) with forty years’ experience in the planning, design, construction and operations of water and wastewater systems. Mr. Lehman received his Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder and his Master of Science from Stanford University.
Dirk Lashnits
Vice President, Land Development
Dirk Lashnits joined Pure Cycle in 2017 and serves as the Vice President of Land Development. Mr. Lashnits’ background includes a degree in Civil Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and over 20 years of experience developing land across the Front Range of Colorado. With an in-depth understanding of the local development industry, from acquisitions to entitlements and construction, Mr. Lashnits helps establish corporate objectives, mitigate risks, and optimize results.
